Origin and things worth knowing
the term Bajakah refers to a group of different trees of a genus,
native to the island of Kalimantan in Indonesia.
These trees are characterized by a high percentage of active substances, which is of the highest interest for medicinal use.
BAJAKAH contains:
1.) SAPONINS

Preparation as a tea:
Depending on the desired intensity of the tea, take 1 - 3 wooden discs from the pack and put them in a glass or cup.
Pour boiling water over it and leave to steep for at least 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
The pieces of wood can be dried and used a second time.
Of course, the wood can also be crushed / ground and prepared in a tea egg.
You only need half the amount for this, but the exhausted wood chips cannot be used again.
Sweeten with honey or syrup if desired.
