APPLICATION:
When using as a tea, we recommend pouring boiled water over 1 teaspoon / cup and letting this infusion steep for 10 minutes.
After that, the herbs can be set aside - but they don't have to.
If necessary, sweeten with a little honey and add fruit juice to taste.
When used as a therapeutic agent, 1 liter of boiling water should be poured over 1 tablespoon of the herbal mix. Again, let it steep for at least 10 minutes.
Up to 4 cups of tea should then be drunk throughout the day.
The tea can be drunk both warm and cold.
This process can be repeated for up to 2 weeks.
It should be noted here that with regular use over a longer period of time (approx. from 4 - 6 weeks) you will slowly get used to it and the effect will wear off!
We therefore recommend taking a break of 3 - 5 days after each three-week application.
