We get our ORGANIC wheatgrass from Canterburry / New Zealand.
The reasons why we don't resort to European wheatgrass are easy to explain:
Since wheatgrass is harvested just 3 weeks after germination, it has little time to “ripen”. In this short time it is important that all components fit perfectly:
+ many hours of sunshine
+ optimal soil conditions / nutrient-rich soil
+ no environmental pollution
After the harvest, the wheatgrass is gently dried, ground and packed airtight with the exclusion of harmful UV light.
As a result, you get the best ORGANIC wheatgrass with the highest proportion of nutrients.

Application / dosage:
It is recommended to take 1 heaping teaspoon (approx. 3 - 4g powder) daily.
Athletes, especially people who do strength training, consume 2 - 3 teaspoons (due to the high protein content)
It is best to stir it into a smoothie or other drink or add it to the food.
