Legal situation
In Austria, Kratom is not subject to the Narcotics Act, but is subject to the Novel Food Ordinance.
The legal situation is similar in Germany.
Kratom is illegal and therefore banned in the following European countries:
Denmark, France, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland.
Delivery to these countries is therefore not possible.
